NextGen Workwear opens its partner and acquisitions programs for promo and print businesses
Today we are opening two doors that have been in the works for a long time. From this week, NextGen Workwear is formally speaking with owners of independent promotional product and printing businesses across Australia, in two very different conversations.
The first door: let us supply you
Our Partner Hub puts a whitelabel storefront in front of our factory direct catalogue. Your logo on the front, your pricing, your customer relationships, with our 122 style range, instant mockups, decoration and delivery running behind it. You quote faster, you stop wrestling suppliers, and the margin between wholesale and your price is yours.
This exists because we kept meeting brilliant local operators whose growth was capped by supply: blanks bought at trade prices that leave no room, decoration queues that stretch lead times, and hours lost to quoting. Production was never their edge. The relationships were. Partnering lets them double down on the part they are best at.
The second door: let us acquire you
Some owners are past the growth conversation. They have built something real over ten, twenty, thirty years and they are ready to step back, but the exits on offer are grim: a long broker listing, a lowball from a competitor, or quietly winding down and letting the customer list scatter.
We think there should be a third option. We buy the business, keep the name your customers trust, look after your team, and plug the operation into our platform so it keeps winning work for the next twenty years. You leave paid, proud and free, with your legacy recorded on our Hall of Fame rather than erased.
Why us, and why now
We are operators, not brokers. We run our own direct to factory workwear platform every single day: the studio, the catalogue, the Partner Hub, the delivery promise. Every acquisition gets that machine from day one, and every partner gets it without selling anything.
If either door sounds like yours, the first step is the same: a confidential conversation. Tell us about your business through the contact form or email me directly at giovanni@nextgenworkwear.com. I reply personally, usually within one business day.
